Ingredients
- 3 lobster tails
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Thaw frozen lobster tails and cut down the top shell to expose the meat.
- Mix together buttermilk and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl, then marinate the lobster tails for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Place flour in another bowl.
- Remove lobster tails from buttermilk, dredge in flour until fully coated.
- Fry the lobster tails for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
