Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 2 large eggs
- 200 ml milk (whole recommended)
- 50 g melted butter
- 100 g diced turkey
- 100 g grated cheese (such as Emmental or Gruyère)
- 1 packet baking powder (about 7 g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and melted butter until smooth. Gradually pour this into the dry mixture to form a batter.
- Fold in the diced turkey and grated cheese gently. Allow the batter to rest for about ten minutes.
- Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it. Pour batter into the center and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully remove waffles with a wooden spatula and serve immediately.
