- 1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into an 8×8-inch square pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- For the ganache, melt dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt; cool slightly.
- For the caramel sauce, melt granulated sugar until amber, whisk in cubed butter and heavy cream, then add sea salt. Let thicken.
- Toast almond slivers in a skillet; combine with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
- Assemble layers: spread ganache over crust, refrigerate briefly, pour warm caramel on top, sprinkle crunch mix evenly, then chill until set.
- Cut into bars using a warm knife before serving.
