Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

- Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Reduce heat further and stir in grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until melted.
- Combine cooked rigatoni or lasagna noodles into the soup and warm through.
- Serve garnished with toasted breadcrumbs and fresh parsley or basil.
