Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add almond flour (or oat flour) and cinnamon (if using) to the bowl; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch wide).
- Place the balls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
- Optional: Roll warm bites in coconut sugar and cinnamon before serving.
