- 0.75 cup dried cranberries
- 0.5 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fresh ingredients by dicing the celery and apple.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced celery, apple, cranberries, red onion, and toasted pecans. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, red apple vinegar, lemon juice, tahini, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to coat all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to an hour to enhance flavors.
