- 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9X5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Add mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, ensuring thorough blending after each addition. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips before pouring the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
