- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes (for sprinkling)

Instructions
- Prepare the double boiler by bringing water to a gentle simmer. Melt the dark chocolate in the top part while stirring continuously.
- In a mixing bowl, blend pistachio paste, tahini, and honey until smooth.
- Shape small nests from kataifi pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet and fill them with the pistachio mixture.
- Dip each filled nest into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top while the chocolate is still wet, adding edible gold leaf if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 50 minutes or until set.
