- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat until bubbly.
- Add minced garlic and chopped shallot; sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper; simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
