- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the filling evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Lay the puff pastry over the filling and cut slits for steam vents. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
