Ingredients
- 1 (26oz) bag frozen meatballs
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 5 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups water
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 container refrigerated mashed potatoes (24oz)
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker by adding frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery.
- In a bowl, whisk together the brown gravy mix and water until smooth. Pour over the meatballs and veggies.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top of the ingredients.
- Cut butter into small pieces and distribute evenly on top.
- Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions just before serving.
