- 1 tube of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice; whisk until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough, separate into triangles, and stretch slightly.
- Spoon filling onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up from wide end to tip while twisting slightly.
- Place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
