- 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the raspberries release their juices.
- Stir frequently as the mixture simmers gently for about 8 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pushing the mixture through to extract all pulp.
- Allow the coulis to cool before transferring it to an airtight container for storage.
