Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- Open the crescent roll packages and slice each roll into 11 equal pieces.
- Arrange the dough circles in a Fir tree shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently indent the center of each circle to make space for filling.
- Spoon a small amount of cream cheese mixture into each indented circle and top with cherry pie filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with a glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with milk.
