Ingredients
- 1.5 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (about 4–5 medium oranges)
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple/agave for vegan)
- 3.5 cups water (still or sparkling)
- Ice, citrus slices, and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and half the oranges and lemons; extract juice using a citrus juicer into a mixing pitcher.
- Strain out seeds/pulp if desired, then add honey to citrus juices and mix well.
- Pour in chilled water (still or sparkling) and stir until combined.
- Serve over ice, garnishing with citrus slices and mint sprigs.
