- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate (melted)
- ¼ tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise into halves, then cut each half into two pieces for a total of eight slices. Arrange these on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread peanut butter generously over each banana slice. Sprinkle with sea salt and chopped peanuts for added crunch.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-covered banana slices.
- Freeze for at least one hour until the chocolate is firm.
