Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Lower heat, add butter to the skillet until melted, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture; stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
