  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Sear seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown; remove and keep warm.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic before adding heavy cream, milk, and cheese to create the Alfredo sauce.
  4. 4. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until coated, then serve with sliced chicken on the side.
