- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese followed by half of the grated Parmesan over the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly from one of the longer sides and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange slices in a greased baking dish without overcrowding.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan; brush over each roll.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
