Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the cake mix package instructions.

- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the warm cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top, allowing it to spread evenly.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in coconut and pecans; heat through before spreading over the cake.
- To make ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chocolate chips; let sit before stirring until smooth.
- Spread ganache over the coconut-pecan layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
