Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Garnishes: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil until mixed well.
- Place cod fillets on the baking sheet and brush each fillet with the glaze evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
