- 4–5 cups flour

- 14 oz spinach (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 7 oz vegan Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon red paprika flakes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Salt if needed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast (if using). Gradually add flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Sauté the diced onion in a frying pan over medium heat until translucent, then add the spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in vegan Feta cheese, paprika flakes, black pepper, tomato paste, and additional salt if needed.
- Divide the rested dough into equal portions and roll each into thin circles.
- Place filling on one half of each circle, fold over, and seal the edges.
- Cook in a heated frying pan over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
