Instructions

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, cucumber chunks, and diced red onion to create the salad base.
  4. For tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
