  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your silicone molds by placing them on a flat surface.
  2. Brew and cool the green tea.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and grated ginger; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, dissolve agar-agar in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  5. Gradually add the agar-agar mixture to the green tea mixture while whisking until fully blended.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into the molds and fill evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set; gently remove from molds.
