Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the sliced chicken breast with this mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and tender.
- While the chicken grills, mash avocados in a mixing bowl with lime juice, garlic powder, red chili flakes, and salt to taste.
- To assemble the bowl: layer leafy greens as the base, add cucumber rounds, corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken strips, and top with guacamole. Sprinkle extra chili flakes if desired.
