Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and tender.
  4. While the chicken grills, mash avocados in a mixing bowl with lime juice, garlic powder, red chili flakes, and salt to taste.
  5. To assemble the bowl: layer leafy greens as the base, add cucumber rounds, corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken strips, and top with guacamole. Sprinkle extra chili flakes if desired.
