Instructions
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.

- Cook the seasoned salmon for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper before tossing gently.
- Serve the grilled salmon alongside the fresh salad immediately.
