- 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the warm cooked rice and brown sugar until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Add the crushed pineapple along with its juice to the rice mixture and stir well until evenly combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour to enhance its flavor and texture.
- Just before serving, gently fold in the shredded coconut and thawed whipped topping until well integrated.
