Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with taco seasoning and grill for 5–6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, dry-sear the corn until golden.
- Mix Greek yogurt with lime juice and cumin in a bowl; add water to reach drizzling consistency if necessary.
- Assemble by layering lettuce in bowls, then adding sliced chicken, corn, guacamole, and cheese.
- Drizzle yogurt sauce on top and garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge.
