- ¼ to ½ cup pure apple juice (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 3 tablespoons plant-based gelling agent (like agar-agar)
Instructions
- Prepare silicone molds or line an 8×8 inch dish with wax paper.
- In a blender, combine chopped fruits, vegetables, and apple juice; blend until smooth.
- Mix in honey and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk in the plant-based gelling agent until dissolved (do not boil).
- Fill molds or prepared dish with the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once firm, remove from molds or cut into pieces.
