  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meat (such as chicken or turkey slices)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture on top, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Layer your choice of deli meats and shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, avoiding the edges.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck in the ends before placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the remaining butter mixture generously over the top of the rolled Stromboli.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for five minutes before slicing and serving.
