- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 8 ounces deli meat (such as chicken or turkey slices)
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture on top, leaving a half-inch border.
- Layer your choice of deli meats and shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, avoiding the edges.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck in the ends before placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the remaining butter mixture generously over the top of the rolled Stromboli.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for five minutes before slicing and serving.
