Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- Softened butter
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- Honey for drizzling
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly on the bread and drizzle honey over them.
- Add cheese slices on top and cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve warm.
