- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine rolled oats and warm milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve active dry yeast in warm water and add one tablespoon of honey; allow to bubble for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix softened oats, melted butter, and remaining honey into the yeast mixture.
- Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled (about 1–1.5 hours).
- Shape into a log and place in greased loaf pan; let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
