- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Optional: Add a small amount of oil.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey; mix well.
- Return chicken to skillet, simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
