Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Stir gently and let marinate.
- Dip one side of each baguette slice in olive oil and place them on a baking sheet, oiled side up.
- Broil until golden brown, about one minute.
- Arrange the toasted crostini on a platter and top with the tomato mixture. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
