Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 5 organic green tea bags
- 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated or minced
- 3–4 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of water in a teapot or saucepan until simmering.
- Turn off the heat, add the green tea bags and grated ginger, and steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove tea bags and ginger bits.
- While warm, stir in honey to sweeten according to your preference.
- Add fresh orange juice and lemon juice, stirring well to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
