Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles (or substitute with more veggies)
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, turkey pepperoni, sausage crumbles (or veggies), bell pepper, onion, and olives over the sauce.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and pinch to seal the seams.
- Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
