- 1 cup Pistachio Cream (or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios (or alternative nuts)
- 1 package Croissant Dough
- 1 large Egg
- 2 oz White Chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and spread pistachio cream on each piece, sprinkling with chopped pistachios.
- Roll the dough into crescent shapes and brush with an egg wash made from whisking the egg and water.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooled slightly, drizzle melted white chocolate over the rolls if desired.
