Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually incorporate sifted cake flour, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared loaf or Bundt pan and bake for 60 to 75 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- While the cake bakes, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool slightly before pouring the glaze over it.
