- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or plant milk)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for glaze)
- 1/4 cup additional Parmesan (for sprinkling)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, seasonings, and milk until just mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a meatloaf pan and shape gently.
- Brush melted unsalted butter on top and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before slicing.
