Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
- Place the bowl in a warm area to melt the mixture completely, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Add grated orange peel and stir to combine evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for an additional hour before serving.
