Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk of choice
- Honey or sugar (to taste)
- Vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot or kettle, then add dried lavender. Remove from heat and steep for about 5 minutes.
- While the lavender infuses, heat your chosen milk until steaming but not boiling.
- Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher and combine it with the warm milk. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, along with vanilla extract if desired.
- Pour into cups and enjoy hot, or let cool and serve over ice.
