Instructions

- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Shape the chilled dough into balls, roll in sugar, and place on the baking sheet spaced apart.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are golden; cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a rack.
