Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until tender or microwave for about 8-10 minutes.
- Cut the baked potatoes in half and scoop out the insides. Mash them with butter and sour cream; stir in cheddar cheese.
- Stuff the potato skins with the mixture, top with extra cheese, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
- Serve alongside your meatloaf.
