Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 broccoli crowns
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with creole seasoning and garlic powder. Add to skillet and sauté for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in chopped broccoli, grape tomatoes, crushed red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, and oregano. Cook for another 10 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Pour in half and half and top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Allow cheese to melt before serving warm.
