  • 2 eggs

  • Purple gel food coloring
  • Black gel food coloring
  • Purple sprinkles
  • ½ cup black or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and milk; mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually incorporate flour, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Divide dough into three portions; color one purple, leave one white, and dye the last black.
  4. Roll each colored dough into rectangles of equal size. Stack them with sprinkles on top before rolling into a log.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the log into cookies and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden.
