Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well before incorporating milk and mango purée.

  6. Fill cupcake liners about ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
