- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, grated parmesan, and shredded mozzarella.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each mound slightly.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
