- 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Pat the sirloin dry and cube it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chili powders, garlic powder, cumin, brown sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the sirloin cubes with vegetable oil and spice mixture until evenly coated; let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Warm the corn tortillas and fill each with cooked steak and desired toppings.
