Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Thinly slice the cabbage and mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, stirring to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Serve hot in bowls on its own or over steamed rice or noodles.
