Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 8 cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup Oreo cookies (crushed)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the salted butter completely. Stir in the mini vegan marshmallows until smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies until well coated. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture in, pressing it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
